Free burritos, coffee for textbook shoppers in Tempe

35_2529441A company that rents college textbooks will be giving away burritos and swag starting 10 p.m. Saturday on Mill Avenue near the ASU campus in Tempe. The event will run through 1 a.m.

Chegg.com will also host a free coffee event 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday and Tuesday at Cupz Coffee, 777 S. College Avenue.

The company will be using the event to demonstrate its Web site and give out discount codes for textbook rentals. Books arrive within one week after ordered, and return postage is free.

P.F. Chang’s offers free lettuce wraps

P.F. Chang’s China Bistro is giving away free lettuce wraps this weekend to celebrate a hole-in-one by golfer Briny Baird in today’s Canadian Open. Purchase of an entree is required, and you must download the coupon here. The offer is good through Sunday at any P.F. Chang’s.
