As the Tribune’s Mike Branom reports, the cost of a one-way ticket is going up by 50 cents, to $1.75. An all-day pass, probably the most common fare purchased by commuters, will be $3.50. So, rat racers, you have through Tuesday to purchase passes at the old prices. Here’s a chart that summarizes the changes:

The museum, located at 2301 N. Central Ave. in Phoenix, is home to both ancient artifacts and contemporary art from Native American cultures. There are hands-on activities as well as museum exhibits, and each child will receive free ice-cream treats thanks to Shamrock Farms and a take-home souvenir bag filled with activity sheets, crayons, stickers and more.
